Eggplant Alley

Eggplant Alley Homes consists of Two (2) single family homes, each with an attached Accessory Dwelling Unit on the bottom floor. Each primary home comes equipped with Bosch Appliances, a garage featuring an Electric Vehicle (EV) charger, and a private balcony that overlooks the beautiful city of Sacramento. Connected to the primary home is an Accessory Dwelling Unit, which includes one bedroom, one bathroom, a full kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a private backyard space. The design concept offers a unique path to home ownership: live in the Accessory Dwelling Unit and rent out the main home, or the other way around
