Beginning in 2017, Chris Garner, a former accountant, began his real estate journey by door-knocking in Los Angeles and offering to convert garages into Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). From there, he landed his first house flip in Glendale, CA which marked a turning point, sparking a passion for real estate. He quickly developed a reputation for high-quality work and began to see more and more requests for his services.
Driven by a desire to scale in real estate, Garner joined Community Builders Group, a respected investment and development firm in Pasadena, CA. In response to COVID, he and his wife relocated to Sacramento, where they purchased their first property. Their success in the local market led them to establish their own real estate business. Thanks to the growth of their business, Garner was able to expand his real estate portfolio and continue scaling his ventures.
With Garner's assistance, more than 250 housing units have been built, most of which are affordable to renters or buyers. Garner's business has been a major asset to the community. His commitment to providing attainable housing has made a difference in the lives of many.
